Tiricard is a digital invitation platform that allows users to create, customize, and send digital invitations for events. The Service includes invitation design tools, guest management, RSVP tracking, SMS delivery, and QR-based check-in.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, designs). By using the Service, you grant Tiricard a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. SMS Messaging

When you send invitations via SMS through our Service, you confirm that you have obtained proper consent from the recipients. Standard messaging rates may apply to recipients.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tiricard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
